Tenant Screening Process
- Each applicant 18 years and older is required to complete a rental application.
- Full background checks will be completed on each applicant.
- Each applicant is required to submit a $21 non-refundable application fee with their rental application.

- Applicants with a judgment for eviction within the last (5) years will be denied.
- Applicants with a money judgment within the last (5) years in which said judgment has not been satisfied will be denied.
- Applicants with a felony criminal conviction within the past (6) years and the crime shows a demonstrable risk to tenant safety and or the property will be denied.
- Applicants with a misdemeanor conviction within the past (3) years and the crime shows a demonstrable risk to tenant safety and or the property will be denied.
- All applicants must provide verifiable income.
- All applicants must provide rental history
- All tenants are required to carry and maintain renters insurance.
